police divers at Buckmaster Pond in Westwood

Might the Westwood FD dive team simply be training?? I came out of a Plymouth pond with my yak not too long ago and the Plymouth FD was getting ready for some training......had 2 engines there, the brush truck and a tin rescue boat with about 10 guys??? All they were doing was training but it looked like a murder scene!

So far the only details are that they are diving along with a team from Miami. There were also hints that it is related to an extortion case.
