Fishing Saturday and doing a 5 mile road race for the Melanoma Education Foundation at Wampatuck on Sunday. Good cause and a good way to try and keep this weight off. The kids get a kick out of watching me finish - usually huffing and puffing and defintely towards the end of the pack. Should be fun!

On Island at The Shack starting Sunday for one whole week if all goes well. May be on a SOCO beach tomorrow AM if I get motivated. Still correcting the internal clock from being in The Netherlands for two whole days of meetings Mon/Tues.

going to NH to play in a tournament my high school friends made, called "The Live Free or Die Open". wat a sh&t show......we'll clean up and tak home some cash..... then continuing on monday night to Wales for the Ryder cup practice rounds and round 1. then continuing on to see my sister in london.... Love the fall. Job ends and trips ensue
