see, thats the funny part. We've come to accept that 2 bit nations can threaten US citizens. If you go into a rough part of town at 2 am and you have an M-60, you wouldnt say you were taking chances. Thats the "old" America. Now, were walking through a rough part of town with a pink sweater and a toy poodle. Thats the "new" America.

Just because they are American doesn't give them the liberty to do whatever they want and then expect my tax dollars to save them. If someone goes strolling into the Korean DMZ and get arrested or shot, it's their own fault for being a jackass. There shouldn't be any response or ramifications. Bad things are suppose to happen to people who make poor decisions - they are now feeling the ramifications of their poor choices.

From his interview with the Globe:
"You know that every country has very strict rules to control its borders. It applies to every country including the United States. If you enter across the border illegallly the rules are pretty strict.... These three individuals crossed our border. Regardless of what they had in mind. I'm not the judge here.
