I never really stopped anyone for that alone, but I heard so many times then why do they sell them if its illegal I actually went and looked at the packaging in the store that sld the plastic covers, and on the back it said in
BOLD LETTERS, "CAUTION MAY NOT BE LEGAL IN ALL JURISDICTIONS".
I GOT THE BIGGEST CHUCKLE OUT OF THAT.
