India doesn't worry me as much as Pakistan does. India wants to be (is) a global player in trade, technology, and bettering the lives of their population.

Pakistan wants to blow up India. Half the problems we have in AFG are related to Pakistan wanting defense depth should it go to war with India.

But consider this WRT India, the largest democracy in the world in a country with 1.2 billion people - many speaking English - their top 10% brightest people equals about 1/3rd of our total population.

And a country we need, however with all those smart people over there,can't they come up with some road rules

And yes, I have seen IRT - India. And yes, there is a place where more regulation is a good thing
