I lost one deep jigging a Pt Jude after a 10 minute battle. My Streamline wind on leader clean broke. The remaining flouro was so stretched it was all compromised. We are thinking it somehow got tail wrapped but not sure.
Equipment - VS jigging rod, Fin Nor 8500 with 80 lb PP with Streamline wind on.
A couple minutes after loosing this fish, my buddy cast an unweighted white sluggo that got crushed. 40 minute battle as we passed the rod around. 57" fish landed.
Equipment - OTI Tuna Sniper 60/80 rod, Saragosa reel with 60lm JB hollow with streamline windon.

Contact Roger, he probably like to analyze it. I was happy with my line. My direct splice from JB to Tuff line color changing, then my own windon held up fine. My rod was a different story snapped 1 foot from the top.
