my younger brother just got into bow hunting this year. He's never shot a deer ever. Yesterday he got his first. I wonder if he drank the blood like they did in that movie red dawn.
It was a small deer about 160 lbs. maybe 2 years old, antlers were tiny 4 points but he got it. shot the arrow all the way thru, ran 30 yds bled out. he still can't find the arrow.

NIce job. I have seen deer only 3 times out, and not close enough to shoot with the bow. I shot the sluggun today, patterned very nice with 2 3/4 accutips out at 100 yds |
