Not quite. General population is your run of the mill bank robber, burglar, drug dealer, and the occasional killer who's not on death row.

Sex offenders almost never wind up in GP. They all get put in PC, even before their trials. They're called "skinners" and are hated by self-respecting sociopaths.

Well chalk up another "GUILTY" D-Bag in NH today! Almost as, if not more scummy than the POS in CT!!! I don't know which one was more evil???!!!! These types need immediate execution as far as I am concerned......they have no place here!!!!
