That would be one phenomenally stupid stunt but I would not put it past them. They have been beating their chest significantly lately on matters naval and with Pacific Rim nations (which we are one).
'Course the next order of effect is when it does get determined who/what/where it is conceivable that others may be emboldened by our lack of clear response. The question is does the Pentagon know and just ain't saying. |

That wasn't a small one for sure. Not something you can build in your garage either. Has to be government issue, but whose? I'd say ours just because the DoD didn't go bat%$%$%$%$ crazy and scramble everything.
