Its real simple .. bad day .watch the clouds
bad day listen to the waves
bad day donate your time or a couple of bucks
bad day think of the good ones
bad day it could be worse
bad day think of your worse fears /quick .then get out
bad day / be tankful your around to have this bad day ;;

keep the glass 1/2 full / then ya have hope .
keep the glass 1/2 empty / then your always looking down to the bottom ;

hardest part for me is; reconciling the PAIN, woes, and struggles of others. especially with Family and Friends,
