Friday Jan 14. Not a lot of new stuff, as has been said, but a very accessible show in that with the lower attendance you can talk to anybody at will and at length. Lots of room and time to try stuff out. Looks like some of the presentations may have been given a bit of an update based on the descriptions. Better than being at work for the afternoon either way.
I have not made it up to Bear's Den yet, so this may be the year for that. Especially if I can double up with Plugfest a bit. Leaving work on Friday has always been easier than finding time and a two hour drive on a Saturday, but I may push the matter this year.

Granted the show"ain't what she used to be".A few of us will be heading up from the outer cape and be there when the door opens on Friday. As far as the $15[the cost of a pizza] is concerned I've learned a few things from the tyers every year .Also have found some hard to find stuff and a couple of bargains.I'd prefer to go to Somerset but the drive is just too long for a day trip.Bears Den is like the Plugfest for fly guys/girls.Too bad both are on the same day.I'll be at the Den also.

Looks like Plugfest doors are open at 8, and Den show runs 11-6. I am going to shoot for a two-fer. Could be along day, but I gots to try. Too close together and too far away not to try. Maybe dinner in the Taunton area after the show? Not that I know any spots up there.

For far food, the chateau is right up the road.
