Believe it or not.....one of those bad boys was caught out of the canal years ago.....A gent decided to throw out a bait for cod while checking his lobster gear around the herring run.....He caught one heck of a surprise.....I saw them weight it in at red top it went 46-47 pounds.....there was a picture of it hanging up at c c charlie's for years..........

I love stories like this.. I heard a guy was fluke fishing of the center wall @ point Judith and caught a tarpon

im not implying anything.. a guy DID catch a tarpon off point judith. And I love stories of this nature.. crazy catches.

The pic hung on the wall of cc charles when bill thomas ran the place......his son mike own's m&d's in wareham and my still have the pic..........
