K that's Rohn 25G with a foldover section. Crappy pic but it looks to be in rough condition and rusty-worth about $20 per 10' section, I'd say ask 500 and see what he gets for it. Looks like CB antennas on it. Put it on CL first and if he don't sell it lemme know and I can list on eham. Someone will pick it up. Again if it's still in the air make sure whoever takes it down has liability insurance and workmens comp for this type of rigging.
