Looking forward to a New Year

Looking forward to the New Year!I've been home since Tuesday due to Pneumonia and my Wife was omitted to the Hospital on Wednesday due to abdominal pain. Her Gallbladder has failed and it let a few stones squeak by and now the Pancreas is pissed off,so they kept her for observation.Thursday they pulled the Gallbladder out and she was slated to come home today, but now something else is going on and they won't discharger her

O and not to mention my cell phone died Thursday!WTF!!!!!

Sorry to be a downer

i used to get it EVERY year man

Not only the sore throat issue
but when you get any extra Mucus trying to cover
your air way passage at all , you practically cough out a lung.

you go to the health food store and BUY
slippery elm tree throat lozenges By Thayer

they are a tablet made solely out of the inner bark
of the slippery elm tree....an as affective as Aspirin is
which is also from the inner bark of a tree...

anyways you can suck on those and totally SOOTHE your
throat like magic....

and "Flem" it totally dislodges it of of all mucus membranes
and sends it out the south end...ending the coughing

you can even make a special brew ...a red semi sweet tea out of the powdered bark
that has a very muscilaginous kind of gel form from it in the stainless steel pan
and then you slow strain it(decanter) thru several coffee filters stacked on top of one another so you end up with this red Elixer that is UNBELIEVABLY effective.

the Native Americans used to use it ALLOT
it has very powerful healing attributes.
try it.

Sorry to hear this, T & P coming the wifes way.

Priming some plugs, turning some new ones. Started the inside honey-do list the other day. Three rooms to work on and finish before spring.

Been married for 28 years and never went out on new years. Alaways wanted to just stay in and celebrate. My kids gave us tickets to Lynyrd Skynyrd at foxwoods so off we are to the MGM Grand tonight! Gonna spend the night. Rest of the weekend is R & R.

Happy New Year to all and be safe.

Celebrating my 10 year old's birthday New Years Eve. I got a full years tax deduction by two hours. Gonna try and get in some skating, skiiing and basketball with the kids over the rest of the weekend.
