03.05.11 sounds good to me,but I think with such a late date we should be able to hear spring peepers

JohnR The status of the availability of the hall will not be known until Tuesday when the book keeper arrives at the VFW.
Since I'll be in the area that day I can place a deposit for the hall like the previous year and you can reimburse me.
Is that OK Bubba?
