Last year was my first ice fishing trip ever. I had an awesome time. I showed up with two tip ups. I felt like such a googan. But, a fellow angler came to my rescue and lent me a few traps. This year I picked up three more traps. I am soooo looking forward to this fishing trip. ;-).

How's the ice?

Hey 5/0, we switched to just sausages, so I'm not sure we'll need the turkey fryer...unless you have something to go in it (or anybody else). I'd hate for you to lug it out there for nothing. Thanks for the offer, though.

The ice should be good, aside from last weekend, it's been pretty cold out there. I think we're looking at about 100 people. Don't forget your licenses and the $15 or custom wood plug entry fee!

And the super 8 looks like one hell of a party, as there's already a bunch of us booked there!

Hey Everybody,
Messy Matty the prize master, has decided that there will be 13 prizes this year (due to the amount of prize money that we expect). We're looking to give prizes for the 5 largest bass, pickeral, and three wild card prizes. That's a good amount of money and plugs to go around.

BTW, I got an auger from Jess for Xmas and tried to run it up last night during the Colts-Jets game. Score of the auger run, Jiffy team 1, Rickman 0.

Put me on the IR with a busted up finger and blood everywhere.

Got that bad boy running with one pull this am, though.

Going through the tips today, looks like Team Rickbomba has just enough for the 7 of us!

And that's just me. My bro will be out there with his crew, too. I think they will be like 9 strong, which means 45 tips! Westport's crew is a big one, as well. Should be a good time!
