I am pretty sure that story was generated/inspired by pro commercial fishing media consultants that are waging a war against the reasonable regulations recently placed upon the ground fish fleet. I am not anti commercial but I am anti overfishing.

That article is almost as outrageous as the one that said all fish/shellfish species will be commercially extinct by 2050.
