The Jr IS a completely different plug. It would be nice if BM made a smaller cowboy, in addition to the Jr. I make one for myself I prefer to the SR. It fishes the same, but seems to do a bit better. Likely by enticing smaller fish (<25lbs) as well as large.

Don't fish them enough but I prefer the older skinnier version. I had one great night with them in a spot with no current and shallow water by ripping them then slow retrieve until I bumped bottom and then pause to let them surface a little. Although, In most cases where I should use one I opt for a conrad.

I've got some original versions, but never found much use for them. I'm pretty sure RoyL is a big fan, though, which tells me I'm missing something.
