I've been thinking of commenting on a few of these pathetic peoples post with some comments of my day.
Got out of bed, done
Took a 45 min crap, done
Had coffe and breakfast, done
Took 2nd crap of the day (only 1/2 hr) done
Went on my computer and read lots of pathetic post on fb, done
Took a leak, done
had lunch , done
3rd crap of the day, done
Back on computer , this time on S-B.com, done
Let out a 30 sec fart that made the dog leave the room, done |

People don't understand I really don't want to be there friend
If someone posts to much or always posts crap I don't like I delete them.
once a month I go thru and just delete people I added and really don't know them, I need to stop adding people I don't know

The more surface you touch on the Internet, typically the more exposed you are. And like herpes, once your infected...
What can you do? Don't forward the chain letters. All you've done is verified your email address.
Run your computer updates weekly at minimum. You will be more secure, 'cept for the occasion when a MS patch breaks something (yes, this happens).
Run Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware on ALL of your computers and keep up to date. The only thing that running your 6 year expired Norton 2004 does is give a false sense of security. Free AVG is adequate, Kaspersky is pretty good. MS Security Essentials - jury is still out.
Update, update, update.
