Nice set up BT. Jealous of the benches, nice vices and dogs all over... What is the sled set up for, and the router jig?

Love the caves guys here is mine, still a work in progress but always a comfy 65F in the winter. Won't be fully pimped until warm enough to paint everything, just got it cleared with the tower (Wife )
Might as well show picks since it looks like those 20 sealed, weighted, sanded baits are goners, there goes the winter so far
Thanks for the thread, I love seeing where people do their beautiful work.

The sled is set up to tapering "shaker style" table legs on the 2 inner sides and the router jig is for beveling the underside of table tops to give a lighter look to beefy tabletops. I do not own a shaper ....
I subscribed to Woodsmith for about 15 yrs and have made about 50 jigs for many of the common WW techniques.... I stopped my subscription about 2 yrs ago when they started repeating the same ole same ole.

MS- Sweet production shop man.... you must be an engineer... love the drop down PVC dust collection system (w/gate valves?) for all your machines... plus all the cool stools... do you employ a crew to staff each station??? Looks like you spend your winters down in your shop....
