I'm not sure who does the panoramic photo frames in Newport (above the gift shop class) but I suspect you have a worthy candidate.

At 1:30am the sun was in a parahelic advancement of 25 radiums. That would put the dark side of the moon into a Fortnox state.
I say it's a fake photo.
