I had a young guy say to me " Hey mister nice car whatever it is "
Many people never new Buick had a performance car, I have a magnaflow exhaust sitting in the garage that will go in after engine is done. Four wheel drum brakes is cool to, Actually stops just fine.
Black bucket seats w/consol horseshoe shifter still has factory sonomatic push button radio.
I have some more pics, I'll post some more..

Also what a lot of people don't realize is that the Stage 1 version was one of the fastest production cars ever made.

Thanks Dennis, This was during the summer months should look cleaner after the winter. In the spring I take it to car shows on a nice day and just enjoy driving it, Repainting the block and intake Buick red
and just replacing rubber hoses as I go. Internal I found a few bad pushrods and worn rockers so I figured while I'm in there replace lifters, Cam looks really good so I'm stopping there.

Would have loved to work on it with you. You don't often get a chance these days to tear one of those pre-computer machines down.

Pretty nice car !
Remember a time when cars used to interest me, but after 30 + years of working on them, I look at them as just that, WORK !
I must be getting old !
