Hello Plug builders, I am looking for someone who is willing to come out to an MSBA meeting in August, the 27, bring a lathe and all related materials, and do a demonstration for the membership on turning and building your own wooden plugs at home. For anyone who is interested a fee will be paid for your appearance. Please contact me if interested. I would greatly appreciate anyone who could help out. It should be a great time. Thanks.

i think so. i was thinking about doing one for the striper swipers, but thatd be cool too if i did one for the club. 2 birds with one stone? although regular meeting are a little late at night for littuns. gimme details on how long this presentation should be and stuff. ill talk to ya at the next meeting.

Nope no email, but would be happy to, the only thing is when the meeting is, isn't that around Labor day? We usually go to Canada around then. Probably not this year though with the baby coming.....less than 6 weeks

I had e-mailed you regarding this subject and you were referred to me by The Specialist. I had asked him if he were interested but I guess he is tied up with some business and he told me to see if you were interested. I am shooting for August 27, a Wednesday, at 7:30.
What I am looking for is someone to bring a mini-lathe, and all of the necessary implements of destruction needed to turn and finish plugs at home. I am looking for a time slot of about 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. Maybe you could take a plug from start to finish. I know it will be a great time if you can make it. BM, I have no doubt that you know schtuff. Indianite, none members are always welcome at MSBA meetings, but once we get you behind closed doors you will be hogtied and hypnotized and forced to tell us all of your secret fishing spots.
