Took off Saturday morning but something was telling us not to go from the time we got up that morning! Long story short it was due to be about 500 miles in 3 days but after we set out and it took us over a hour to go 10 miles due to really BAD trails conditions we started to worry about time management (there are a lot of tighter slow going trails-plowed for logging=overheating
) and getting to our first nights destination. We decided to re-evaluate when we were at a certain spot but a few miles later our riding partner broke down making our desicion easier to make. We ended trailering the sleds to to the motel and rode out of there for the next couple days.
Maybe next year.....
