Thanks Sf. Yeah gloves are probably a good idea, I just never thought of it, didn't know there could be consequences like that. I figured it was no big deal but it seemed a strange conicidence to see that thread this morning. Anyway a few bumps and bruises are a small price to pay for a good day on the water!
