Yeah, the hardest storms to plow, late march April.
1997 - had 48 inches in my driveway just up from SlipKnot. After the tree fell through the roof, while my wife was nursing our 4 week old son. House was for sale , next week. April 7th 1997
Still will take some time Ronnie. Had it on my right foot before I self diagnosted it, web md. Got some off the shelf supports and slowly went away.....good now.
When I had it the first few step in the morning on the way the the pissa were unbearable, holy crapppppp.
Oh Ronnie I feel your pain. I had it in both feet. That first step after getting up was killer. It is important to stretch your feet before getting up. I do it by rote now. What happens is the tendons and nerves tighten up and when you step down it's like snapping them. Also -and I know this sucks but it helps- I froze a water bottle and when I was sitting would roll it back and forth under my foot.
I have been clear of it now for almost a year. I still stretch all the time I am sitting or laying down. Feel better Ron.
