I am quite sure the father, should he eliminate this POS from the living, does not care about what defense approach they should or could take with him....he just...wants......the guy......DEAD!

The pain the man has is enormous. The diary should have been made public at trial or shortly thereafter, so Mr. Foreman could have dealt with this.

I wouldn't care what the out come was, I would boil that POS until his skin peeled off and died due to the pain he was in
