Do you think that maybe you had the drag tightened down too much. I think if you tighten it down too much, especially at the beginning of the fight it can really fry the drag. But, if it is a bit looser it will not get so beat up. Not judging, but just curious because I just got one of these bad boys.

With the sizes headed this way, you may want to upgrade.

Especially if the Orcas follow
