I do plan on coating within the box, but not on the spinner spool itself; I'm placing a separate Flexcoat motor on the bottom front of the box that will revolve a single lure for applying the epoxy.

10.5 inch diameter. I felt eight was plenty once I put it inside the box.

Ahh, the infamous switcheroo. Got to love that move. How will you be mounting the application turning then the transfer mount?

I'm still trying to figure out how to get a hook/eye inline on the single lure motor spindle. I'm also trying to figure out a clean way to attach a ball bearing swivel (with ring) across from it.

If I made the span between the points on the application turner the same as the spool turner (20"), and I used the spring/wire set-up to hold the lure, I could just transfer the spring/lure/wire right up to the hooks on the spool for its final spinning.
