RI Fishing license info 2012 and DEM police numbers

Now that NY has just eliminated its license and gone over to a free registry like NJ, will RI follow suit?

Has anyone found anything official, stating that MA and RI are reciprocal states?

The MA site has pdf documents showing the reciprocity with RI, CT, and NH.
