Hit SHIFT and F5 at the same time in FireFox, will reload, no cache (usually used for other fixes but one never knows )
you can also open a CMD promt: Start, RUN type in CMD, black DOS box opens, type without quotes "ipconfig /flushdns" . This on't do anything if your DNS provider has cached the IP but if your PC is using local cash it may

Bookmark will not do it. I went into the internet tools and security and listed www.domain (whatever) registry as a site to block and it cleared up any problems.
