Lookin good!!!! I did a little last night as well. I get more and more motivated as the weather warms up!

Quick question/comment. I know when I cut my skeg out I read somewhere that you don't want to run it all the way to the back of the boat. I don't think it's the end of the world, but the water turbulance can mess with the prop some. I just ran out and measured (it's not easy to get to as it's still on the cradle)...looks like I stopped mine ~18 or so from the transom.

If you do a search on the building site you'll find a lot more info.
