super seeker hercules inshore light. just over 7'. composite. mdeium/medium fast action. can be trimmed slightly from the tip if needed.
calstar grafighter or lami triflex composites in the L power should work as well. both of these are more medium fast in action.
i see no reason to use straight glass on fluke rods.
how deep of water are you fishing? reel? jiggin or bait, or both?
snake, how much current will you be fishing in? so, depth around 40'-60', or will you hit 100' once in a while? or, less that 40'? w/ bait, you can use a blank that is medium or even slow in action.
