You think it's ok for a dealer to take the 8k per car from the govt because the salesman was told to put 100 miles on it? This when the rebate was supposed to be for consumers to buy the cars? Then because there's no way for the govt to keep track of where the cars went and who got the rebate that now consumers are dipping back in the same bucket and pulling a $8k rebate again?
The point is this was crafted entirely by O'bama. Not Bush, not Clinton, the big O himself. This should be illegal. It should have been factored in with the legislature that created the rebate to begin with.
