Funny. I have turned into a "canal rat" this year and have spent plenty of time on the rocks. I have been under the tutorlage of 2 of the "masters" of the Canal, who will remain nameless.
Anyway, Sat morning was my best so far with 7 fish from 12 or 13# to my last fish, just before dawn at 30# weighed at Red Top. All the fish were in the dark on large, home made Dannys and Pikies and a humping West tide.
Oh, yeah, there wasn't a sole around me until after it got light.
