99 % of the people who carry guns don't have the nuts to pull the trigger. It just makes the person carrying more brave than what they are normally. Generally a perp, lifetime criminal, he/she is not going to be afraid of your gun, nor you.

I am curious how it feels to be forced to lay down on your face, or at the very least, kneel down for awhile, when you are being boarded by the CG when you answer in the affirmative about whether or not you have a gun on board?

Imminent serious bodily injury or death about to happen to you or someone with you should be the only reason why you draw a weapon. Regardless of whether your right or wrong, be prepared to hire an attorney if the worse occurs.
