Good Ole Joe may be right. The white house has anounced a 20 million dollar incentive to hire X - Cons. If a company hires an X-Con you can get a tax rebate of 1,400 dollars. That should drop the unemployment rate.
Can you imagine in the service industry hiring an x-con and having that person work in someone's home. I do not think that the home owner would appreciate having them in the house.
