Sharkin'
... Was great yesterday. Seven blues, two on the fly... And two makos, unfortunately lost boatside. One perfect landing size fish of ~6' ran under the boat and nicked the line on the hull, and I lost a much larger fish, around 9' when a blue dog swam into the braid Shame, but not bad for four hours of fishing... Baits weren't in the water five minutes before we had our first take. All in sight of the RI mainland.
Pics will come later.

Nice, what weight fly rod? We picked up a small mako yesterday along with a nice size bonito, both were pretty yummy!

Affectionately named this one 'Jiggy', after he hammered a Pt Jude Deepforce then decided to run away with it...

awesome pics and video. We got a 5' mako boatside last friday in the fingers and after leadering him, he rolled up and KRRUUUPPP went the piano wire. Too bad, that would have been a first for me. Those pics are really great. nice lens work.
