My sacrafice to King neptune.... I'd gone about 50 yards before we figured out what happended... it was kind of funny.. looking back.. no white motor.. just the extension cord still hooked to the battery ( twist lock connector) hanging over the transom like a severed head where it pulled the wires out of the butt connectors.... I took the spare down from the rafters @ 1:15 this morning... the new one is being delivered on Friday.. I wont skip a beat...that's the first one I ever lost.. i've bent a few shafts.. but never had one leave the boat...I never liked that flimsey mount that came with the motor anyway ... the new one ( Motor guide veri max) will be bolted solid and have a safty cable... seeing I'm getting too sinile to remember to raise the motor before blasting for home...I should have stayed wiring.. we did better with plugs anyway...

A good run is better than a bad stand!
