SALTWATER LICENSE QUESTION? NY,MA,RI,CT

JohnnyD, from you, I don't need a lecture. I'm going to fish in your state. I am here looking to get fishing license info.
Doesn't this this patch work of regulations seem outrageous to anyone?

From talking with an EPO a month back, MA does not recognize the National Reg any more because we have our own license here.

I'm not lecturing and do think the whole process is a bit lame. However, the info is pretty simple - you can fish in MA waters with a MA, RI or CT saltwater license. Otherwise, you have to buy one.
