LOCdog8169, try fishing these spots in the early moring at 1st light as you have less boat traffic. Both of the parks hold alot of fish. Also try using artificial lures. Pearl Shads or popper on the surface right as the sun is coming up. All of the structure in these area's hold bait and you need the bait to hold the fish. Webb state park is off of the back river and right now there is a ton of herring in there so try fishing with herring if you are going to use bait. Drift them whole in the current and try it after dark or like a said early in AM. Look for places that have a good current flowing past you and give that a try. The fish are there it is just a matter of time and that is what you have to pu in is time to really learn these spots. Best of luck!!!
