I have never fished that area, but macks are in full swing. Fish them live if you can catch them, otherwise chunk them and pick an incoming tide to fish.....preferably not in the middle of a bright sunny day. Rig a sliding 2oz. sinker with a 5/0 hook and then cast out and let it sit. Try and find a nice beach proximal to some deeper water. Make sure you check your bait occasionally, crabs will clean you off.
