If he's talking Ticas & Okumas, I think an Arra is a little pricey. They are the cat's nuts along with a lot of other rods (I have a XRA1205 I built) but that's a big
$tretch from the Tica to the Arra. Splitting the difference could get you into a 1088 Batson (my all around stick) or Patriot custom blank. A step up in coin would be the AllStars, then the Lamis/Loomis/Yadayadayada
