OTW is not saying anything about the validity of the record fish but about the validity of whether the fish qualified for the Team standings. I have heard a couple different
theories descriptions of what happened to determine whether it should be allowed or not but I haven't heard anything definitive or concrete. Certainly another case of no answer will be good enough for everyone.
