Unfortunately Beachwalker, you can't fault the kids for the stupidity of the parents. I agree with Darwinism in the case of adults, but when adults allow their children to go unsupervised in bad conditions, the idiot remains.
I know that accidents happen, even good parents make mistakes... but some of these incidents are insane.
A girl died at Horseneck Beach yesterday... she was in the ocean with some of her family... none of them could swim.
Its not a wading pool... even good swimmers can go down in the ocean.
It boggles the mind.
