closing in on 57 i still enjoy skiing bumps.don't make as many turns as i use to but still can ski most runs at sugarbush non stop once i get my legs under me.the one thing i have learned from coaching 8 and 9 year olds is never try and follow them in the woods.made that mistake at the end of last season,i need a new helmut to start this season.

I agree... I am 56 and still enjoy the bumps for a few runs each day and do not like to stop mid run if I can avoid it... screws up your line and the lift is a good time to rest.. some of the young kids these days are amazing... quickness, carving and carrying good speed down the hill

Spent enough years on hardpack that I only ever enjoy powder and tall things to fall off of anymore.

likwid,the harder the better,anybody can fake it in the pow  .never was one to get much air.what i truly love is when we get 6 or 8 inches of light snow over a concrete base,that is when you can tell who is on their skiis and those that are not.i think the number one on my bucket list is to spend a season out west.have spent the last 37 winters here in VT.

Not in retarded waist deep western blower they can't.
One winter in Maine we got a giant dump, was fun watching everyone on skinny skis (and even most on mids and fats) trying to hang. Didn't work well.
