Just about any cable, wire or cord other than Monster... literally. Their $30-40 HDMI cables are no better than any of the $4 HDMI cables that can be purchased at monoprice.
All of the home audio cables with their "gold connectors for better throughput" is a load of nonsense and no better than most generic alternatives... or even a wire coat hanger for that matter:
