More and more people and companies are leaving new england, educated people with money. That means less and less taxes will be paid by the wealthy and those who stay will pick up the burden. Maybe Easton will be a boom town, selling crack or turning tricks for the new casinoin Foxboro may be a great opportunity for your kids to earn some high school $$$.

You go educate your little cupcake eaters in texas and I will take my chances with what little New England has to offer to those who have saved. I am sure their schools are fine enough for your hopes and dreams to be met.

Actually I tend to side with the Dangler on this one (did i say that?). A lot of those Country Bumpkin Hicks down south that the "Northeast Elites" disparage are probably better and more honest with themselves and others. I have been fortunate to know more than a few southern redneck gun toting god fearing people and they make some of the best people you will ever meet. And they almost enjoy being underestimated by the intelligentsia from up here and around pockets of the West Coast.

Maybe these are just texas standards and they get good marks if the kids have 50% of their teeth?

High Schools all have Olympic sized pools, outstanding extracuricular activities, etc. Yes - these schools are fine enough for my hopes and dreams to be met.

I watched about 30 minutes of the show and liked it. One of the themes was avoiding the police. My question is won't these guys get arrested as soon as the cops see the show? Maybe moonshining is only a fined offense and Discovery is willing to pay the fines?

the one guy they are following around with his 12 year old kid is the chief of his local volunteer fire dept???? not for long I assume....
