Not available in RI until after the 1st. They even warn you on the website that if you renew now it's for 2011
|

Both MA and HMS permits are available already for 2012. One less thing to worry about in spring. |

People on the Upper Cape and Plymouth can get them in person at the F&W headquarters on Bournedale Rd. No need to travel to New Beige.
