I prefer to watch a good old arse kickin than a nail biter .. Flacco threaded the needle all day long under heavy pressure.. Gotta give him props on the day but I'll still take Brady. Perfect the way the day unfolded with NY Giants winning . I wanted the re match .. Hollywood writes this stuff ,,.

Not Me.
I don't like any team that starts with NY to even have a sniff of a championship. Stupid 49'ers

I totall agree, but SF was actually the better team. You add someone that can field punts and NY has 10 less points , and doesn't have a shot at that game.

I was getting pissed off listening to Jim Nantz and Phil Simms. Those two are some of the most biased announcers ever. All through the game they were pumping up the Ravens how great they are and all. Barely once did I hear them giving props to NE defense. Even at the end they were announcing Evans dropped the ball. No he didn't. Moore stripped the ball out of his hands. I had to keep muting the sound between plays just so I wouldn't throw up.
Did NE suck? Sure when you know they are a better team than the ones that showed up yesterday. But give props where due. They put up just enough points to win and without the Pats defense, the Ravens would be going to the Super Bowl.
Post game interviews were mostly with the loosing team.
Post game interviews on Fox after the Giants win were mostly with the Giants.

Absolutely agree. Phil Simms in so biased against the Pats it is sickening. All he could say all day was Flacco is great. Not once did he mention the Patriots defense.

That's because the Patriot defense IS horrible... One game doesn't change that (Teblow doesn't count, and how would the announcers know before the game started???)
They won a game for Brady yesterday, that's for sure, and definitely stepped up... But that was the first time all year that they've done anything that's worth "giving props" for.
And piemma whoever was saying that Tebow and Flacco were going to blow out the pats was obviously clueless... It was pretty easy to see that the pats were far superior to both teams going in, both on paper and on the field. The Achilles heel of the patriots is they're too reliant on TB... and if he has a bad day, they have to rely on the D. Yesterday they really stepped it up. If Wilfork doesn't have a monster game and Evans isn't stripped they lose. But the question still is if they can do it next week against the Giants weapons, while at the same time protecting brady so he doesn't have another 'off' day.
Should be a good game- rematches are sweet.

The was a lot of the "blow out" stuff on sports radio. Your assessment of the game is right though. If e
Evans hangs onto the ball, Ravens win.

Looked like Tebow switched uniforms and played for San Francisco yesterday. What a terrible performance by the SF QB.
